In my opinion,a personal beauty consultant should be chosen with extra precaution because this way u r restricting ur persona to a single person.U r likely to look the way he/she visualizes.More so creative people do not like to be employed.They prefer free lancing.
Better visit spas,observe the persons at work.then make final selection
